Steps to Integrate DocuSign with Power Pages using Power Automate are as follows:

DocuSign Side configuration

Create a new account in DocuSign and start creating Templates

Create a Template with supporting agreement document and upload

Extract the Template ID post creation of Template

Configure and Install DocuSign

Enable Integration with Power Automate Flows

Power Pages Multi-Step Form

Create a Multi Step Form in Power Pages and edit the Step Settings for which you need to show the DocuSign grid
