The Solution Publisher within a Power Platform is a person or an organisation who has developed the app.

There are multiple ways to create a Publisher. Either it can be created by directly navigating to Solutions > Create a Publisher or you can create a publisher while creating a solution

We can change the publisher post creation of a solution and publisher assignments. Publisher allows you to assign a custom prefix to the dynamics or power platform objects within the Power Platform environment. We can edit the default publisher and custom publisher. However, we cannot edit ‘Microsoft’ or other (vendor) publisher details
